Cnc lathe operator — Union County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Union County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish Ideal candidate: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg 5+ years on the tools preferred.
