Immediate opening: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Graham County, Arizona. Your main tasks: • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces Requirements: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts Rotating shifts. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
