Punch press operator wanted in Jasper County

Now hiring: we are hiring a punch press operator in Jasper County, Indiana. You will be based in a forging and pressing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways Ideal candidate: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
