Dish pit attendant wanted in Rimi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Rimi, Katsina State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) We offer ₦60,000 per month plus benefits.
