We are recruiting: we are hiring a rigger in Evans County, Georgia. You will be based on a high-rise building site. The role involves: • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift You should have: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Full-time with occasional weekends. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
