Production machine operator wanted in Douglas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production machine operator in Douglas County, Kansas. You will work on a production line. On a typical shift you will load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers. Requirements: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
