Oven operator — Malam Maduri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Malam Maduri, Jigawa State. Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 4+ years on the tools preferred.
