Now hiring: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Hendry County, Florida. The role involves upsell starters, desserts and beverages; clear and reset tables between covers; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits.
