Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Fayette County, Tennessee. The job is at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks.
