Vacancy available: wheel loader operator (Illinois)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a wheel loader operator in Brown County, Illinois. The job is in an open-cast mine. On the job you will handle: • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines What we are looking for: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence 4+ years on the tools preferred.
