Meat cutter — Clark County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Clark County, South Dakota. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Day-to-day duties: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
