Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Winnebago County, Illinois. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass.
