Immediate opening: kitchen steward (Missouri)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Cole County, Missouri. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day to day you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
