Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Esmeralda County, Nevada. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; score the top of loaves before baking. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends.
