CNC mill setter-operator — Ontario County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Ontario County, New York. Day to day you will measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. You should have: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Six days a week, one day off.
