Join our team: we are hiring a chiller technician in Grayson County, Kentucky. The job is in a commercial cold storage facility. You should have: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC Your main tasks: • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
