Paint booth operator — Iron County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Iron County, Missouri. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day to day you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
