Urgent requirement: bread and bun maker (Iowa)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Fremont County, Iowa. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics The role involves: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Six days a week, one day off.
