Bricklayer — Sherman County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bricklayer in Sherman County, Nebraska. You will work on a scaffolded high-rise site. You should have: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets On a typical shift you will installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
