Immediate opening: we are hiring a ceiling and wall plasterer in Jim Hogg County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Day-to-day duties: • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler Overtime paid at a premium rate.
