Now hiring: crane operator (Sokoto State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane operator in Shagari, Sokoto State. On a typical shift you will grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; check for underground cables and services before digging; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects. You should have: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
