Shuttering charge hand — Lavaca County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Lavaca County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Day to day you will check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN). At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
