Foundry worker wanted in McLean County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a foundry worker in McLean County, North Dakota. You will work at a brass and bronze foundry. You should have: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection The role involves: • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity Part-time with flexible hours.
