Great opportunity: bricklayer (Tennessee)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bricklayer in Sullivan County, Tennessee. You will be based on a new-build development. Day to day you will laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go. Ideal candidate: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $4,500 per project, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
