Vacancy available: we are hiring a smash repairer in Walker County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
