CNC mill setter-operator — Worth County

Join our team: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Worth County, Iowa. You will be based at an automotive components factory. You should have: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience The role involves keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
