Mobile crane operator — Ellis County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Ellis County, Texas. The job is on a bridge and infrastructure project. Requirements: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Your main tasks: • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure 3+ years on the tools preferred.
