CNC milling operator — Montgomery County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Montgomery County, New York. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. You should have: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery You will deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
