Waitress — Henderson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a waitress in Henderson County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Rotating shifts.
