Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time.
