Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
