Godown forklift operator — Clark County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a godown forklift operator in Clark County, Indiana. The job is at a busy distribution centre. The role involves: • Read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit • Carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics • Pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner • Keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit • Sweep and keep the loading bay free of debris • Load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers Requirements: • Willing to wear steel toe-cap boots and hi-vis • Accurate, careful stock handling Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
