Stitching operator — Douglas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stitching operator in Douglas County, Nevada. What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams You will topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
