Join our team: plasterer's mate (Alaska)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area, Alaska. You will work on a commercial fit-out project. The role involves: • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Check walls for plumb and level as you go Ideal candidate: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • CSCS card or willing to obtain one $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
