The role involves keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production. You should have: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Full-time, day shift.
