Kitchenhand wanted in Otero County

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Otero County, New Mexico. The job is in a hospital canteen. On a typical shift you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 4+ years on the tools preferred.
