Surface coating operator wanted in Hale County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Hale County, Alabama. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects You will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns.
