Ideal candidate: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Day to day you will blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting.
