Kitchen steward — Gateshead

Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On the job you will handle: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
