Café server wanted in Durham County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a café server in Durham County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Part-time with flexible hours.
