Quality checker wanted in Washburn County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality checker in Washburn County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a food processing unit. Your main tasks: • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools You should have: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
