Electrostatic spray painter — Nueces County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Nueces County, Texas. The job is in a busy paint shop. Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Full-time, day shift.
