Day-to-day duties: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Part-time with flexible hours.
