Now hiring: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Oyo West, Oyo State. What we are looking for: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Basic grinding and fettling skills On a typical shift you will shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
