Concrete pump mate wanted in Cache County

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Cache County, Utah. You will be based on a road and bridge project. Your main tasks: • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins You should have: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
