Urgent requirement: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Lewis County, Missouri. You will work on a structural steel site. You will strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch. Requirements: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours.
