Falsework carpenter — Cherokee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Cherokee County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Day-to-day duties: • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
