Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Essex, England. The job is at a banquet hall. On the job you will handle: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Part-time with flexible hours.
