Now hiring: we are hiring a motorcycle courier in Gogebic County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg On a typical shift you will weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots; handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding; carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off; check tyre pressure, brakes, chain tension and engine oil before riding out.
