Bread and bun maker wanted in Gladwin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Gladwin County, Michigan. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits.
